1.  Is Entus jewelry actually waterproof and anti-tarnish?
Yes! Our jewelry is engineered for your everyday reality. Every piece is thickly plated in 18k gold over a robust, hypoallergenic stainless steel base. You can wear our pieces in the shower, at the gym, or in the pool without worrying about them turning black or fading.


2. Will your jewelry turn my skin green?
Absolutely not. All our pieces are 100% hypoallergenic, nickel-free, and lead-free. They are completely safe for sensitive skin and will not cause redness, irritation, or green discoloration.

3. How should I care for my jewelry?
While our pieces are waterproof and sweat-proof, giving them a little love helps maintain their ultimate shine. To keep the gold plating looking flawless, we recommend avoiding direct contact with harsh chemicals like perfumes, deodorants, and cleaning supplies (pro tip: always spray your perfume before putting your jewelry on!). We also recommend wiping your pieces down occasionally with a soft cloth to remove everyday body oils and lotions, and storing them in a safe, dry place when you aren't wearing them.


Shipping & Tracking (The Logistics)

1. How long does delivery take?
We know you are excited to get your new jewelry! Once dispatched, standard delivery typically takes 5 to 7 business days depending on your location.


2. How can I track my order?
As soon as your order is packed and dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive a tracking link via email. You can use this link to follow your package live.


3. Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we are proudly shipping all across India.


Payments & Orders (The Checkout Friction)

1.Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Yes, we offer Cash on Delivery! However, to ensure smooth processing, our team may reach out via WhatsApp to quickly verify your delivery address and an alternate contact number before we dispatch your COD order.


2. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major UPI apps (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm), credit/debit cards, and net banking for fast and secure prepaid checkouts.


3. Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
We pack and dispatch orders very quickly! If you need to make a change or cancel, please reach out to us on WhatsApp within 2 hours of placing your order. Once an order is dispatched, it cannot be canceled.


Returns & Exchanges (The Safety Net)

1. What is your return/exchange policy?
We want you to absolutely love your everyday stack. If you receive a defective or damaged item, please reach out to us within 48 hrs of delivery with an unboxing video, and we will happily arrange a free replacement (Replacement is subject to availability of the stock).


Sizing & Fit

1. How do I figure out my ring size?
You don't need to! All of our rings are designed with a fully adjustable band. They can be gently squeezed or expanded to fit any finger perfectly. Size is never a hurdle, which also makes them the absolute perfect gift since you don't have to guess their ring size.


2. Are your necklaces and bracelets adjustable?
Most of our necklaces and bracelets come with a built-in extender chain (usually 1.5 to 2 inches) so you can adjust the length to fit your exact neckline or wrist size perfectly.
