At ENTUS CREATION, we prioritise quality and customer satisfaction. Due to the nature of jewellery products, please read our Return and Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase on https://entus.in/.

1.⁠ ⁠No Return / No Exchange

Returns and exchanges are not accepted once an order is delivered.
This includes cases of:
Change of mind
Style or design preference
Size or fitting issues
Color variation due to screen or lighting differences

2.⁠ ⁠Replacement for Damaged Products Only

*Replacement is applicable only if the product is received in a damaged condition.
*A clear unboxing video and product images are mandatory for verification.
*Upon successful verification, a replacement of the same product will be provided, subject to availability.
*Raise a Replacement Request on entus.creation@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery.

If the Replacement is approved from ENTUS CREATION,
The Replaced products will be delivered within 4 to 7 business working days.

⚠️ No refund will be issued for damaged products — replacement only.

3.⁠ ⁠Refund Process

Refunds are applicable only in the following cases:
Duplicate payment / duplicate transaction
Order cancelled by ENTUS CREATION before dispatch
Refund Process:
Refunds will be issued to the original mode of payment
Refunds will be Processed and credited within 7–10 business days
For COD orders, we will request your bank account or UPI details to transfer the refund.

4.⁠ ⁠Non-Eligible Cases
No replacement or refund will be provided for:
Incorrect or incomplete delivery address provided by the customer

5.⁠ ⁠Cancellation Process
Orders cannot be cancelled once order is Dispatched.

6.⁠ ⁠Force Majeure
ENTUS CREATION shall not be liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, government restrictions, or technical failures.
