At Entus, we know you can't wait to wear your new pieces. We process and ship all orders as quickly as possible from our warehouse.

Order Processing Time: All orders are dispatched within 24 to 48 hours of being placed (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

Delivery Timelines:

• Metro Cities: 2 to 4 working days after dispatch.

• Rest of India: 4 to 7 working days after dispatch.

Shipping Charges:

• Standard Shipping: Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location.

• 💳 Prepaid Orders:  We offer Free Shipping on orders above a specific value only on prepaid orders!

• 💵 Cash on Delivery (COD): A flat shipping fee of ₹99 applies to all COD orders. (To avoid this fee and get your jewellery faster, we highly recommend choosing UPI or Card payments at checkout!)

Order Tracking: Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email and SMS with your tracking link so you can follow your jewellery's journey to you.
